At Tomount, we partner with top-tier global carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and efficiently. To ensure the best availability, our products are dispatched directly from our specialized fulfillment centers in the United States or China, depending on local stock levels.

1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

  • Eligible Regions: We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous United States.

  • Exclusions: Please note that we are temporarily unable to deliver to remote overseas territories, islands outside the mainland U.S., and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

2. Shipping Options, Costs & Timeline

We believe in 100% price transparency. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our store, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Express Shipping:

    • Shipping Cost: $25.00 USD

Please Note:

  • Total Delivery Time: Total time to delivery is calculated as: Order Processing Time + Estimated Delivery Time.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery to certain remote domestic regions within our coverage area may require an additional 3 to 5 business days.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (100% Seller Covered) Tomount operates on a strict Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis for all U.S. orders.

  • Seller Responsibility: We take full responsibility for all import customs clearance, duties, and local taxes.

  • Zero Hidden Fees: Customers will NOT be charged any additional fees upon delivery by the courier (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS). The price you pay at checkout is final.

4. Transit Protection & Shipping Guarantee

We fully guarantee the secure transit of your purchases. If your high-value gear or products containing fragile components (such as tent stoves with glass windows) suffer damage during transit, or if the carrier confirms the package is lost, Tomount will arrange a premium replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any transit damage to our support team at support@tomountclub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you promptly.

5. Order Management & Tracking

  • Tracking Numbers: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent automatically as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Partial Shipments: To comply with courier weight restrictions or optimize stock locations, multi-item orders may occasionally arrive in separate packages. Separate tracking links will be provided in these instances.

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. Once a package has been officially dispatched from our facility, the shipping address cannot be altered.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts by the carrier, the order will be processed as a standard return, and the actual return freight costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.

6. Delivery Issues & Assistance

We strive to meet all estimated delivery dates. However, rare logistical bottlenecks or extreme weather events may cause minor transit delays. If your tracking status remains stagnant or un-updated for more than 14 business days, please contact our dedicated customer service team at support@tomountclub.com, and we will open an official investigation with the carrier immediately.
